Terms and Conditions for Buccaneer Artworks Ltd

1.1 Any order accepted and processed by Buccaneer Artworks Ltd is done so on the understanding that the customer has accepted the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are also posted on our website and a paper copy is available on request at any time.

1.2 For customers who have not previously ordered from Buccaneer Artworks Ltd all payment must be made up front before the order is processed. It is up to the discretion of Buccaneer Artworks Ltd to proceed with an order from new customers before payment is processed.

1.3 No further orders can be accepted or processed until payment for any initial order is received and cleared.

1.4 Customers who have already ordered with Buccaneer Artworks will be invoiced through the post and, wherever possible, email following the month end.

1.5 Payment must be received within 4 weeks of dispatch of the invoice. If payment is not received within 4 weeks then Buccaneer Artworks Ltd reserves the right to charge interest at a rate of 7% per month on the total of each outstanding invoice and an additional £3 p.m. administration fee per invoice. The outstanding total will be calculated including any interest and charges already incurred.

1.6 If payment has not been received within 3 weeks of the invoice being dispatched then Buccaneer Artworks Ltd are under no obligation to accept any further orders or process and dispatch any orders that have been accepted and paid for until the full outstanding total is paid.

1.7 Buccaneer Artworks Ltd must be notified of any intended returns within 24 hrs of receipt of the goods.

1.8 No items will be replaced until the original is received and inspected by Buccaneer Artworks Ltd

1.9 Buccaneer Artworks Ltd will not be responsible for any returned items that are subsequently lost or damaged during transit back to our registered office although invoices will be provided if any claims need to me made against a third party.

1.10 It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange collection and delivery of any returns and Buccaneer Artworks Ltd must be notified of the expected delivery date.

1.11 In the case of any items returned as a result of a fault by the customer, such as incorrect files being sent or an incorrect size being specified to Buccaneer Artworks, the customer will be responsible for the cost of both the original item and the replacement along with any other associated costs.

1.12 Any files received by Buccaneer Artworks will be printed exactly as they are received in respect to all aspects other than size, no alteration will be made to the colour balance, brightness or contrast unless specified and agreed beforehand. Buccaneer Artworks will not be responsible for any incorrect colouration or image reproduction as a result of files being incorrectly set by the customer.

1.13 Buccaneer Artworks Ltd reserves the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice. All orders already placed and confirmed will be subject to the correct prices at the time of order confirmation. If the amended price is lower then Buccaneer Artworks Ltd may at its own discretion charge the lower price.
